500 metres from the village beach, on a 1000m2 land with stone fencing,  studios are built with appetite and taste , a group of four small maisonettes 34 m2, with 10-20 m2 seperate veranda, independent and fully equipped. Each maisonette is two floored, with 1 double bed brick-built on the first floor and two wooden beds in the second floor, in which you have access from a internal wooden filght of stairs. The appartment has a bathroom, washing machine, fully sized kitchen, and a 25 m2 bedroom with a double bed. |

The construction of the studios was completed in 2004. Excellent materials were used in the construction since it was originally planned for private use. Every floor is stone build (using "Karystos" stone) as well as the wall surrounding the building ground. An ecological 3-stages cesspool is included in the construction as commended in the settlement's plan. The 65 m3 water tank is supplied with water from the nearest drill. The building is already connected to the electrical network with a three-phase current, so no further paperwork is needed. |
